Sales Engineer - Industrial Adhesives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at System Recruitment. As a Sales Engineer - Industrial Adhesives, you will be responsible for developing new business streams with existing customers and new customers, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial adhesives industry
  • Strong understanding of industrial adhesives and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
