As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing companionship and wellbeing support to clients
  • Assisting with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and administering medication
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. While experience is valued, it is not necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and competencies. A means of transport is essential, as clients are cared for in their own homes or accompanied on appointments and outings.
