AAT Tutor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced AAT Accountancy Tutor to join our team in New Cross and Gillingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and coordinating our accounting training and delivering Functional Skills to our Apprentices and adult learners.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and coordinate accounting training and deliver Functional Skills
• Support apprentices through regular reviews and assessments
• Assess and mark assignments in line with deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate student attendance records and grades

Requirements:

• AAT Technician level qualification (minimum); teaching qualifications preferred
• Practical experience in accounting roles
• Knowledge of Apprenticeship standards and End Point Assessment processes
• Experience in delivering functional skills training (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts, Excel, and other IT tools

• A competitive salary of £28,124-£30,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
