Job Title: Regional Technical Services Manager

About the Role

The Director of Technical Assurance and Service Improvement will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the entire IT and Networks estate. Working closely with the Directors and nominated representatives of each tower, the successful candidate will ensure that we are achieving our SLA standards and compliance across all of our technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical governance for services provided to all Capita clients, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Use data and statistics to identify key challenges and drive continuous improvement within Operations and IT and Networks.
  • Share future roadmaps and changes to the infrastructure with our clients via Service Excellence and Strategy Teams.
  • Drive assurance activities to guarantee inventory accuracy across the IT and Networks estate.
  • Oversee IT and Networks and ensure that the relevant head of departments are keeping their risk entries up to date.
  • Establish an IT and N Continuous Improvement Framework to promote a culture of openness and collaboration, drive Continuous Improvement, measure Cost of Quality, and implement controls and improvements to reduce cost of poor quality.
