We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Agility Resourcing in Southport, UK. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly management accounts, and reconciling bank statements.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
- Prior experience in a similar accounts assistant role is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
