Job Opportunity: Estate Agent / Trainee Lister Valuer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for training to become a Lister / Valuer and working closely with our residential sales team in branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
