About the Role

We are seeking an Autonomous Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Squad at Oxa Autonomy. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of autonomy solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with customers to define requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Conducting technical gap analysis and generating new feature requests
  • Developing safety cases, including route analysis, risk assessments, and operational procedures
  • Vehicle acceptance testing, commissioning, and calibrating
  • Deploying and verifying compute, software, sensing, and networking components
  • Building, upgrading, and maintaining AV maps
  • In-field AV monitoring, debugging, and post-mortem analysis
  • Working with the launch team to develop plans for ongoing customer support

You will be accountable for:

  • Generating technical roadmaps and delivering autonomy solutions to customers
  • Creating and maintaining documentation detailing software architecture, APIs, and decision flows
  • Developing a strong understanding of customer use cases and requirements
  • Designing and implementing solutions to address customer needs
  • Ensuring efficient and timely solution delivery through regular sprint and alignment meetings

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's / MASc degree or equivalent experience in computer science or robotics
  • Demonstrated experience in development and delivery of robotics systems
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Ability to translate customer concepts and requirements to technical solutions
