Job Title: Duty Officer - Home Care Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Duty Officer to join our Home Care Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users, while also providing support and guidance to our operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact for operational staff and service users
  • Ensure service delivery meets Health & Social Care Standards
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the Health & Social Partnership
  • Manage staff absence and arrange short-term relief cover
  • Conduct workplace observations to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to monitor and supervise staff
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including word and excel

Working Pattern:

The successful candidate will be required to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme & SSSC will be essential on taking up appointment.
