We are seeking an experienced Weight Control Specialist to join our team for an exciting Floating Wind project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of weight-related aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in weight control to estimate, monitor, and report weights and centre of gravity (CoG) of dry, lift, and operating weights relevant to offshore structures.
  • Identify and monitor weight implications due to design changes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate all activities related to Weight Control in accordance with project and Client requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and hand calculations. Familiarity with MathCAD software preferred.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of weight control principles and their application in offshore wind projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
