About the Role

Job Summary
We are looking for an Employment Specialist to work on the WLA contract, embedded within Primary Care, Community Health Teams, and the wider community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering employment support to participants in parallel to the health treatment being delivered by NHS clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver employment support to participants with a health condition that impacts their ability to gain work or stay in work.
- Assist participants to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals, following the eight principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).
- Meet and exceed performance targets for referrals, programme starts, employer engagement, job starts, and sustainment, in compliance with contractual guidelines and quality procedures.
- Work intensively with a maximum active caseload of 25 to 30 participants.
Requirements
- Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
- Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work.
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.

Location
The successful candidate will be based within Hammersmith and Fulham.
