Arboriculture Lead Climber

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Climber to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will perform advanced tree work, including pruning, removals, and stump grinding, while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced tree work, focusing on safety and quality.
• Safely remove hazardous trees and stumps, adhering to industry regulations.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safety.
• Utilize climbing and aerial rescue techniques as vital parts of the role.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds NPTC Level 3, Aerial Tree Rigging (CS41)
• City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting (CS30)
• City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm (CS31)
• City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Tree Climbing and Rescue (CS38)
• Relevant arboricultural experience with a commitment to safety and quality.
• A positive, energetic, and flexible attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Desirable: City & Guilds NPTC Level 3 Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw Using Freefall Techniques.
