Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Listers Careers, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our European flagship centre in Bristol, Patchway. With a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and sales volume, you will be responsible for achieving unprecedented success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales management, with the ability to demonstrate leadership and determination. In return, you can expect a competitive salary package including a company car and an OTE of £80,000.
Your key responsibilities will include building trust with customers, communicating effectively, and exceeding their expectations. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need to support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, and professional vehicle preparation. You will also be responsible for driving the sales process and supporting the team in achieving their monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
