About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Business Support division, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition to our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and features, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to help customers maximise their success, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines.
