**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy and highly respected Wills Trusts & Estates department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a broad diet of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and the administration of estates, IHT Tax & Trusts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in promoting, developing, and marketing the Private Client Department
* Work with other fee earners and develop your own caseload
* Provide expert advice on private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and the administration of estates, IHT Tax & Trusts
