Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Gloucester. This role involves contributing to the efficient management of construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of notices and correspondence. The successful candidate will have experience in cost analysis, program evaluation, and development, as well as assessment and evaluation of compensation events and/or variations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing contracts, including all relevant contractual forms, budgetary control methods, and software applications.
  • Preparing and assessing applications, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations.
  • Controlling costs and forecasting, preparing monthly reports on value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow, and budget.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Possess strong knowledge of commercial, contractual, and financial project drivers.
  • Have experience with business systems, spreadsheet development, and risk management processes.
