Job Title: MFL Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate MFL Teacher to join our successful MFL department. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for language learning and be committed to delivering high-quality education to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at various levels.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience teaching MFL at a KS3 and KS4 level.
