As a Driver at Halfords, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle collection and delivery.

With access to industry-leading training, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting customer vehicles from their home or workplace
  • Delivering customer vehicles to them once work has been completed
  • Providing first-class support to our customers
  • Ensuring vehicles are washed and vacuumed to a high standard
  • Supporting the cleanliness of the Autocentre

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full valid driving licence, with no more than 9 points
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with customers face-to-face
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
