About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Cavendish Maine Recruitment. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products in a way that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers regularly to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Presenting our products in a way that drives sales and meets customer needs
  • Working from home to cover a sales region including East Anglia, Northants, Leicestershire, Bucks, Beds, Herts, and Essex
  • Using your communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Using your IT skills to manage your time effectively and plan your journeys

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in an environment that included sales, customer service, and communication
  • High energy levels, determination, and a hunger to be successful
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Social confidence and the ability to build rapport with everyone you meet
  • High levels of IT competence and comfortable using all Microsoft Office packages
  • A full driving licence with no more than 3 points
