Brunel Medical School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Programmes Team as a Curriculum and Skills Administrator.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical education programs. You will provide essential administrative support to students and staff, working closely with the Lead for Clinical Skills and Lead for Clinical Communication.

As a new Medical School, we offer a dynamic and exciting environment where you can contribute to shaping the future of medical education.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective administrative procedures for students, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to both students and staff within the Medical School.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead for Clinical Skills and Lead for Clinical Communication to ensure the successful delivery of key educational areas.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with academic and professional services colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Medical School or academic setting.
  • Familiarity with administrative customer-centered functions and process development.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in various software packages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
