Job Title: Senior Brand Creative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Creative to join our team at OWL. As a Senior Brand Creative, you will be responsible for delivering creative solutions that answer the creative brief and reflect the agency's beliefs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the writers, creative and client service team at all times.
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts to an agreed brief.
  • Bring to life ideas across all media from print to digital/motion.
  • A good understanding and/or experience of print and production, turning design into reality.
  • Storyboard, animate and assist on film projects.
  • Strong design flair and up-to-date knowledge of industry software.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years agency experience.
  • Experience creating strong, crafted & engaging content.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases branding and advertising design work.
  • Experience in relevant operational software - Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work in a tight team with a producer and other creatives.
  • Good organisational, time management skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and also collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising craft, quality or accuracy.

  • Influence clients, creative partners and each other through the power of narrative, clarity of thought and creativity.
  • Learn - Opportunity to learn, grow and experience wider creative areas such as film, experiential, retail design etc.- working alongside the animation and film partners.
  • Generate content for social media.
  • Internally support interns and Art schools in helping to nurture young creative talent.
  • A creative who leads by example.
