Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the nursing team at our Neuro Rehab Centre, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support;
  • Supervising junior staff and unqualified staff in all aspects of care and within the sphere of competency;
  • Participating in risk assessments and discharge planning, ensuring optimal bed allocation;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive nursing records using appropriate written and electronic documentation;
