Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of the EHC Needs Assessment Process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Provide updates on the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to users of the SEND Assessment Service, utilizing effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to support and improve the work of the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- Plan, organize, and develop work to meet specified requirements and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Record, store, and supply information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
- Communicate information to relevant agencies using available systems, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Support and maintain the use of information systems, including databases, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Design, create, and produce documents from various sources to specified deadlines, utilizing a range of software packages.
- Prepare and maintain documents for storage and archiving, adhering to Service and Council guidelines.
- Manage mail and email inboxes, including ordering and distributing specified goods and services, as required.
Requirements:
