At Meallmore, we are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Willow Lodge. Our care home provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with mental health needs, focusing on recovery-led care and enabling individuals to live independently.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing high-quality care and support in accordance with individual care plans
* Assisting in creating a positive and caring environment
* Adhering to Meallmore Standards, Policies, and Procedures
* Collaborating with care staff and wider teams
* Carrying out personal care duties

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and rapport-building skills, as well as a kind and caring nature. A SVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.10 per hour, plus overtime rates and benefits. You will also have access to our mentorship scheme, pension scheme, and refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
