As a Beauty Communications Assistant, you will work closely with the senior team to deliver exceptional results and establish long-term partnerships with our clients in the beauty and luxury industries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a public relations intern and possess strong writing, research, and organizational skills. You will be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, juggling multiple tasks at once, and have an exceptional eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data.

You will collaborate with the account team to identify opportunities to increase product/brand visibility, prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and updates for client calls, and actively pitch and prepare creative e-blasts that are topical and trend-focused.

In addition, you will provide essential support at fashion and beauty events, participate in team brainstorms, compile and review client editorial clippings, monitor and share coverage across print, online, and social media with clients, and compile client reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Your salary will be around ℘30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace where you can grow and develop your skills.
