Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives in cyber risk management within a leading cybersecurity firm. This position is tailored for professionals with a robust background in Defence, Naval, Maritime, or Military sectors, aiming to drive impactful cyber risk mitigation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and execute cyber risk mitigation initiatives, focusing on cultural change, automation of risk management processes, and cybersecurity evaluations.
  • Manage the Cyber Risk Kanban to ensure effective prioritization, oversight, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Facilitate project briefings and maintain comprehensive traceability of activities within the client's operational framework.
  • Offer strategic direction and mentorship to junior staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adjust strategies in response to emerging threats.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management within the Defence or Cyber Security domains.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cyber risk mitigation and transformation projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies including Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile.
