An exceptional Special Needs school based in Brighton, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced SEN teacher for a part-time role. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum.

This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students' needs, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and adjusting teaching methods as necessary. You will be expected to remain calm and composed when faced with challenging behavior while safeguarding and promoting pupils' welfare.

The ideal candidate should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have knowledge of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and behavioral difficulties. An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply is also required. Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
