Youth Mental Health Recovery Professional

BELMONT RECRUITMENT is seeking experienced professionals to join a reputable private charity in the Wolverhampton/Dudley area.
This role provides an exceptional chance to contribute to the well-being of vulnerable youth by working alongside them to prevent present and future homelessness. The service uses interventions to aid residents in their recovery, with a focus on prevention and harm reduction.
As a Recovery Worker, your primary responsibilities will include managing a caseload, developing personalized recovery plans, and facilitating both individual and group sessions. You will also work closely with detoxification teams and other external agencies to ensure a comprehensive support system for clients.
Essential Requirements:- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Hourly rate: £20-£24 (dependent on experience)
- Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
- Contract duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential for extension
