Clinical Unit Manager - RGN - Care / Nursing Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
