Finance Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our team and drive the transformation of our Health Care business, focusing on finance process improvement and change.

About the Role:
  1. Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes.
  2. Collaborate with the finance value stream to understand finance requirements and ensure the solution meets finance needs, leveraging expertise in Financial Control Frameworks.
  3. Gain in-depth knowledge of the new platform's finance functionality, supporting business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
  4. Deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing for billing, collections, and cash management, ensuring seamless integration with finance data systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience with Financial Control Frameworks, Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems (Finance Data Hub, Oracle Fusion General Ledger accounting) or healthcare data and its uses.
