As a Digital Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialising in the PPC and SEO area and resourcing suitable candidates for roles in this field.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Putting together adverts and placing them on various job boards.
  • Pro-actively searching on-line for suitable candidates.
  • Shortlisting candidates for roles and presenting them to the Consultants.
  • Updating the in-house database to ensure all candidates are correctly recorded in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Taking offer details for candidates, providing feedback to all candidates and negotiating with clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (familiar with Microsoft packages).
  • Strong written skills ability to construct emails for business-to-business contact.
  • This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, articulate, street wise.
  • Great organisation skills.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent people skills and a good rapport builder.
  • Patient, diplomatic, empathetic.
  • Great Telephone / Keyboard skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 basic, OTE £50k +.
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, Fridays (Work From home).
  • Pension scheme.
  • 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
