About the Role:
Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Collections Specialist to join our team in a contract capacity. As a Mortgage Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears or repayment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities to customers in arrears
- Undertaking all aspects of providing financial support in terms of the end-to-end arrears management journey
- Discussing with customers how and why their account is in arrears, identifying root causes and future barriers so that tailored arrangements can be made
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears with an absolute priority on achieving fair customer outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears or repayment challenges
- Previous experience of undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities
What We Offer:
- 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent position
- 4 weeks of on-site training followed by hybrid working (once a fortnight on-site)
