Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the CapEx delivery of state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
  • Lead a team of construction professionals to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction discipline and associated processes
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in the management of multi-disciplined projects in the pharmaceutical or batch chemical production industries
  • Good knowledge of GMP within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
