Job Title: Supervising Social Worker - Non-Profit Organisation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting foster carers, managing a caseload in the East Midlands area, and building lasting and positive relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Manage a caseload of foster carers in the East Midlands area
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, foster carers, and other professionals
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Driving License
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience working within the Social Care sector
