About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual with 1 year of experience in beauty and 1 year of experience in a store/counter environment. As our Counter Manager, you will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele, ensuring to increase retention through all clientele building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth through events and counter activity.
  2. Approach and engage with customers at ease, using strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
  3. Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance that customers have come to identify with our luxury brand.
  4. Identify and depict each client's intent behind their visit and maximise all sales opportunities through brand knowledge and sales technique.
  5. Be knowledgeable on all products and propose personalised products to clients, confidently overcoming any objections.
  6. Demonstrate products on clients through skincare consultations and makeovers, confidently explaining the benefits of each product.

Working Hours

This role involves working Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
