About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant at Rowlands Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacy team in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice to customers.
  • Develop relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Participate in all branch processes, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and accurate handling of medicines.
  • Customer service training and experience in a customer-focused environment are desirable.
