Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, nurturing sessions to support children's learning and development.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each child.
- Manage behavior and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for children.
- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a one-to-one setting.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, nurturing sessions.
- Skills in managing behavior and implementing strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
