Job Description

The successful applicant will work as an Outdoor Laborer for Construction & Civils, performing various tasks related to groundskeeping. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and requires physical stamina.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain garden structures and features.
  2. Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, and pruning.
  3. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  4. Irrigate garden areas as required to ensure healthy plant growth.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary.
  • Experience in groundskeeping practices, including landscape maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to dig effectively for various landscaping projects.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving in outdoor environments.

Compensation:

  • Estimated salary: £24.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 50 per week.
