Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of retail experience with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
