We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to fully manage a contract area of our framework agreement. You will have profit and loss responsibility and, through a team of project managers, will be responsible for driving programme delivery. You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective Contract Shutdown, Project Planning and Delivery by ensuring Project Manager targets are achieved.
  • Satisfactorily resolve all landowner complaints in their assigned regions.
  • Train and mentor new Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
  • Achieve a high level of safety awareness and employee/field team safety accountability throughout the assigned region to achieve zero lost time accidents per year.
  • Lead any internal programming and planning meetings.
