Job Summary

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Land Manager to lead our land acquisition efforts in the North West region. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land parcels that meet our business requirements.


In this role, you will be working closely with our development team to identify potential development sites, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals with landowners and other stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful land acquisition and development projects
  • Strong understanding of the property market and planning regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
