This company is seeking an outstanding Finance Director to join as a strategic partner to the executive team and stakeholders, steering the next phase of targeted expansion.

About the Role

The Finance Director will help shape the business's strategic direction, driving growth while ensuring a sustainable and efficient use of capital. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the statutory year-end accounts process
  • Managing relationships with debt providers/funders
  • Overseeing covenant compliance
  • Handling monthly funder reporting and drawdown requests

This opportunity is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who can make a significant impact on executive strategy through performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA or ACMA)
  • Experience as a Finance Director, Divisional Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, or Head of Finance within a commercial non-bank lending environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, enhancing systems/processes, and improving reporting in dynamic environments
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels and motivating teams

The estimated salary range for this position is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
