Your Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in acquiring and purchasing properties and real estate.
  • Develop a strategy plan with product, market, and competition analysis, as well as create business plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and pursue user requirements and investor interests.
  • Develop utilization concepts for properties, new developments, and existing real estate.
  • Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities in project development.
  • Verify the planning for feasibility, profitability, and technical implementation.

What You Bring

  • Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, ideally with additional real estate economic or business administration qualifications.
  • Several years of experience in project development/project management.
  • Excellent knowledge in evaluating buildings and properties.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate-related building, land, and contract law.
  • Structured and independent working style.
