Gardening Centre Supervisor

About Our Client

We are working with a highly respected garden centre in Hampshire, known for its extensive range of plants and products. As a Horticulture Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales floor and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality products
• Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for gardening and customer service

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a retail management role
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and gardening practices
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
