About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Name to join our team as a Corporate Solicitor. The successful candidate will have experience assisting senior associates and partners with cases, as well as running their own matters. They will deliver high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals, manage a mixed caseload, and develop excellent client relationship management skills. A strong academic record, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree classification, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior associates and partners with cases, as well as run your own matters.
  • Deliver high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals.
  • Manage a mixed caseload.
  • Develop excellent client relationship management skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience in M&A transactions.
  • Corporate restructuring.
  • Investment agreements.
  • Share option schemes and associated company/commercial matters.
  • Commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Business development experience, including networking.
  • Presenting skills.

What We Offer
We are offering a competitive salary of £**60,000 - £80,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits.
