Job Description

**Project Support Intern**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Implementation team as a Project Support Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about project management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global software business.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Collate and Support Project Reporting**: Assist in the production of management reports covering projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • **Support Project Governance**: Attend and support Project Status reviews (PSRs), ensuring effective project governance and decision-making.
  • **Manage Resource Scheduling**: Coordinate resource scheduling under the direction of resource managers, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • **Support Business Analysis**: Assist in the development of business processes in project management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • **Conduct Audits and Healthchecks**: Conduct audits and healthchecks on projects under the direction of the PMO Lead, identifying areas for improvement.
  • **Support Internal Systems**: Assist in the management of internal systems related to delivery functions, including JIRA, MS Project Online, and Workday.
Requirements
  • **Ability to Learn Quickly**: Demonstrate the ability to learn specific requirements of complex operations.
  • **Recent Graduate**: Be a recent or soon-to-be graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • **Eligibility to Work in the UK**: Be eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • **Initiative and Teamwork**: Demonstrate initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experiences, and possess a collaborative team mindset.
  • **Communication Skills**: Possess persuasive and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
