Main Responsibilities:- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure competitive advantage and adherence to quality standards.
- Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the supply chain process and develop/implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the supply chain to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on project delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track key supply chain KPIs and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
- Fleet Management: Consolidate current contracts, negotiate favorable rates, and manage cost control, fleet replacement, maintenance, asset management, and reduce carbon footprint.
- Business Improvement: Champion change and support business improvement initiatives, ensuring ERP system design aligns with procurement best practices and business process.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
