About the Role

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Partnerships team to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with the CEO and Board to craft and execute a three-year strategic plan, leveraging your expertise in business development, ED&I, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy to drive sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in corporate leadership and business development.
  • Ability to influence and engage at the C-suite level.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and networking skills.

Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum.
