Circet UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSEQT Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and training across all Circet Installs (UK) operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily, live, and post-project safety and quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Providing competent advice on HSEQT matters to all levels of the company, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Developing and instigating HSEQT initiatives aimed at continuous improvement across the business.
- Leading investigations into adverse events such as service/utility strikes, non-compliance issues, or RIDDOR accidents/incidents.
- Preparing detailed reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assessing employees' skills, talents, performance, and productivity, completing evaluations on LearnUpon with advice for improvement.
- Developing and delivering Installs training programs tailored to specific client needs.
- Overseeing training in all key areas of site-based operations, ensuring that employees are equipped to work safely and efficiently.
- Providing in-field training and coaching to ensure that safety and quality standards are met during live operations.
- Promoting and enforcing a 'Right Time First Time' culture across the business to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Openreach network and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of HSEQT across the organization.
They will also have proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages, effective communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
