Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing key commercial relationships.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our Commercial team. The Business Growth Director will be accountable for securing new business orders, managing commercial relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate and influence others.

  • Securing targeted volume of new orders within the business year.
  • Building relationships with Microsoft Sales Executives.
  • Devising marketing and supporting plans to generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Manage key commercial relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tender responses and sales proposals.
  4. Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with Sales, Presales, Delivery and Governance Functions, and Clients.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Accountability for managing and winning large-scale business applications bids, across a range of industries.
