About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Social Worker to join our Single Point of Access Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Health and Social Care professionals to provide timely advice, information, and triage of referrals. Your role will involve effectively risk assessing and making timely decisions for complex situations, while maintaining responsibility for your own workload.
We are developing our strengths-based, proportionate approach to assessment, which actively enables choice and independence for residents. If you are interested in playing a key part in this developing service, we would like to hear from you.

Our Principal Social Worker will provide leadership and guidance to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
